Public Health’s Kent COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic will close after Saturday, 3/30/24 due to a decrease in federal funding.  Snoqualmie Valley Hospital will also close its COVID-19 drive-through vaccination site on March 30. Now is a good time to get up to date on COVID-19 vaccination while these sites are open!

It’s especially important for older adults to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the strains of COVID people are catching now. As of 2/28/24, the CDC now recommends that people 65 and older get an additional dose of the updated (2023-24) COVID-19 vaccine.

How to get COVID-19 vaccination at the Kent Vaccination Clinic

Through the end of March, COVID-19 vaccinations are available at our Kent site:

  • NO COST if you don’t have insurance or if your insurance does not fully cover the cost.
  • Most insurance pays for the entire cost. If you have insurance, you are required to bring your insurance information. NOTE: Kaiser will not reimburse for vaccination at this site since it is out of network.
  • FREE flu shot when you get a COVID-19 shot.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (closed 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch).

How to get COVID-19 vaccination at other locations and after March

You can get COVID-19 vaccinations and other vaccinations at community health centers, most pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Find a vaccination location at vaccines.gov. These locations will continue after the end of March.

If you are looking for vaccination for children under 3 years, contact your child’s pediatrician or a Childhood Vaccine Program (CVP) provider. Find a CVP provider on this map.

Public Health offers in-home COVID-19 vaccination through at least June of this year at no cost. The program is for anyone who has difficulty leaving home due to a disability, health condition, injury, etc. Call our In-Home COVID-19 Vaccine Program at 206-848-0243 or email vaccineinfo@kingcounty.gov
